To submit documents for VISA EXTENSION.

2. Prepare the following documents
- Copy of Passport
- Copy of Visa Page
- Copy of Arrival Stamped Page
- Copy of Departure card
- Copy of Student ID Card
- Original transcript (E-transcript is acceptable)
- Memo from the department/advisor

*Please be noted that during the temporary closure of the university the process can take longer time than usual, please submit the documents at least one(1) month (up to two(2) months for student whose nationality is required to apply for Police Clearance Certificate) before your visa expiry date.

Foreign students who are going to graduate are required to cancel the student visa before leaving country and must obtain supporting letters from IA to cancel the visa.
You can either report in person at the Immigration Bureau or report by registered mail which must be done at least 15 days before the due date of notification. If you prefer to report by mail, you will need to submit these following documents to the Immigration Bureau;
(1) Photocopies of passport pages including Bio-data page and passport pages up to the latest arrival stamp in the Kingdom or latest visa stamp.
(2) Photocopy of departure card TM.6
(3) Previous notifications of staying over 90 days (if any)
(4) Filled and signed notification form TM. 47 (Do not forget to sign your name)
(5) Envelope with 10 Baht stamp affixed and return address of foreigner for the officer in charge to send back the lower part of form TM. 47 after having received the notification. This part must be kept for reference and for future notifications of staying over 90 days.
You can apply for Re-Entry Permit at these following places:
1. At the Immigration Division 1, Government Complex, Chaengwattana Road, Bangkok.
2. At Immigration checkpoint in Don Mueang International Airport, Suvarnabhumi Airport and all international airport in Thailand.
Please bring along with you these documents:
1. Application form (TM.8).
2. One of passport photo size 4 x 6 cm.
3. Original Passport and its copy includes first page of passport, visa page, departure card (TM. 6) and latest immigration stamp.
You are required to notify your current residential status to the local police within 48 hours when travel outside Bangkok for more than 24 hours.
